Consultancy services for the support of institutionalization and sustainability of CLM in EECA region

Health Advocacy Coalition is looking for a consultant to provide support of institutionalization and sustainability of CLM in EECA region, namely in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.

Main tasks and responsibilities of the consultant:

• development of the national-level plans for support of institutionalization and sustainability of CLM in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan based on the strategic plan and vision developed within the first year of the project;
• implementation of the national plans within defined time framework and relevant national partners;
• creation of communication and coordination mechanisms in the project countries aimed at ensuring institutionalization and sustainability of CLM;
• provision of technical support to the process of institutionalization of CLM.

Requirements and qualifications:

• higher education in the field of public health, sociology, or practical experience in the field of public health and NGOs in the EECA region for at least 5 years;
• fluency in written and oral Russian and English;
• good knowledge and understanding of the context of health programs in the project countries and in the EECA region;
• experience of cooperation with NGOs or in projects for monitoring  HIV, hepatitis, tuberculosis programs and other areas of health care;
• experience in writing analytical papers for international programs and research, preferably in the CLM field;
• experience in CLM field, possession of up-to-date information about the GF programs in the study countries, the mechanisms of the GF and programs implemented with the support of the UN and international donors in the countries of the EECA region;
• advanced user of Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point);
• good analytical, presentation and coordination skills.
