Consultancy services for providing workshops for key communities in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan on CLM
The Health Advocacy Coalition team is looking for a consultant to conduct workshops for key communities in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan on community-based monitoring (CLM), including the use of digital tools for CLM.
Tasks and duties of a consultant:
– preparation of training materials on the topic of community-led monitoring and the use of digital tools for CLM;
– assistance in preparing the program of workshops for key communities in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan;
– preparation and presentation of informational/practical materials for trainings in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan.
Requirements to a consultant:
– Higher education in the field of public health, sociology, law or practical experience in the field of public health and non-governmental organizations not less than 5 years.
– Experience of cooperation with the main community organizations or work in monitoring projects of programs on HIV, hepatitis, tuberculosis and other areas of health care for at least 3 years.
– Deep understanding of the basic principles and definitions of CLM.
– Experience in preparation of analytical, scientific materials and systematization of data.
– Experience of participating and speaking at trainings, seminars, conferences devoted to the rights of key groups.
– Fluency in written and spoken Russian and English.
– Good analytical and communication skills.
– Skills in using a PC and the corresponding equipment (Word, Excel, Zoom programs).
