Dostup.health – new digital assistant for Ukrainian war refugees

Mar 28 1min read

In 2022 Health Advocacy Coalition in cooperation with GNP+, regional networks (ECOM, EHRA, SWAN) and Digital Public Health Consortium as a technical parter has created the platform dostup.health, which is developed as a digital CLM tool for monitoring the situation regarding access of Ukrainian war refugees to antiretroviral, opioid substitution and hormone replacement therapy and other related services for the key groups in hosting countries.

This platform provides an open access to live data on identified issues and needs to be addressed for community organizations, donors, governments and other interested stockholders, as well as serves to resolve urgent problems users (displaced people living with HIV from Ukraine and other key populations) report on via respective chat-bot.

Who this tool can be useful for:

Displaced people living with HIV from Ukraine, key populations, clients of opioid antagonist maintenance therapy, prevention, care and support programs – to promptly resolve issues related to access to treatment and medical services, with further elimination of systemic problems.

Civil society organizations – to identify systemic problems in access to services for displaced people from Ukraine at the host country level and form a further advocacy strategy to remove existing barriers.

Government agencies, medical institutions in countries hosting displaced people from Ukraine – to eliminate problems related to the provision of medical services and services for HIV treatment, substitution therapy, prevention, care and support.
